📋 Description

• Serve as the primary intake point for new ER cases • Conduct administrative elements of ER investigations • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all ER activity • Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 investigations • Prepare objective summaries, timelines, and findings • Collaborate with various leaders to ensure alignment • Support creation and delivery of ER training and resources

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in employee relations or similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Proficiency in case management systems, such as FreshService • Ability to maintain confidentiality and neutrality
