• You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing accounts, and ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and delivered value • Identify, qualify and develop sales opportunities, with a priority focus on the FinTech sector • Build and maintain a healthy, forecasted pipeline • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital leadership, CTOs, business stakeholders) • Source new leads through networking, pitches, event participation, Theodo partners and our external partners (Google, AWS, PwC, Wavestone, etc.) • Negotiate and close projects on terms that set Theodo up for success (engagement model, daily rates, start date, etc.) • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital leadership, CTOs, business stakeholders)
• Degree from a leading engineering school • 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years selling within a consulting firm • Strong interest in understanding the strategic and technological challenges of our clients in the financial sector • Proficient in account management techniques and methodologies • Desire to actively contribute to the design of clever solutions alongside architects and product managers • Excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated leadership to engage colleagues in complex B2B sales cycles • Rigorous in managing priorities and tracking performance • Proactive and eager to progress quickly
