• You are responsible for acquiring new clients, growing those accounts, and ensuring alignment between the commercial promise and the value delivered. • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities focused on your entity's area of expertise. • Build and maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline. • Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital leaders, CTOs, business stakeholders). • Source new leads through networking, pitches, event participation, Theodo partners, and external partners (Google, AWS, PwC, Wavestone, etc.). • Negotiate and close projects under favorable conditions for Theodo (engagement model, daily rates (TJM), start date, etc.). • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital leaders, CTOs, business stakeholders). • Ensure proper contractual management, quotes, and administrative documents related to sales.
• You hold a degree from a leading engineering school. • You have 3 to 8 years of sales experience in consulting. • You have knowledge of sector-specific challenges (e.g. Pharma, Retail, Wealth Management) that enables you to open doors to new accounts for us. • You are proficient in account management techniques and methodologies. • You have a strong curiosity about technology and how digital products work. • You have excellent interpersonal skills. • You demonstrate leadership to mobilize colleagues in complex sales cycles. • You are rigorous in managing priorities and driving your performance. • You are proactive and eager to progress quickly.
