Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping user experience of a Bitcoin-based ecosystem • Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for DeFi and blockchain technology • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs • Maintain design system • Oversee implementation quality and offer design support • Visualize concepts for documentation and product • Setup and run Usability Testing • Monitor and manage quantitative data • Use qualitative user insights and data for design solutions • Participate in cross-functional brainstorms and design reviews • Continuously learn new technologies and systems • Ask uncomfortable questions • Be open to learning everyday

Requirements

• 3-5 years of designing experiences and interactions • Ability to sustain solutions from start to end • Flexibility and problem solver mindset • Clearly communicate design solutions visually and written • Robust UI design and strong visual UX design skills • Experience in wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps • Familiarity with Qualitative Research Methodologies • Great communication and time management skills • Web3 user and knowledgeable • Open to unlearn web2 interactions • Prior experience in crypto, DeFi, or web3 • Prior experience with user interviews • Familiarity with smart contract interactions and EVM constraints
