Description

The ideal Account Executive possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, is driven to proactively address the client's current and future needs, and can facilitate the sale process from the presentation of features and benefits to overcoming objections, and finally to securing a signed contract. You need to be able to contribute to an increase in top-line revenues and conduct business relationships at the highest standards set by JUICE. The Account Executive must understand, appreciate, and be passionate about digital marketing strategy & execution and all it encompasses relative to the success of our clients' businesses. And, it is imperative that you align with the culture and core values of JUICE. You must be entrepreneurial in ability & spirit, disciplined in follow-through & documentation, and accountable to KPIs & process execution. As our account executive, you will have a provable track record of high success in strategic and consultative selling. You report directly to the Director of Sales.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and time-management skills. • Hungry for success, tenacious in goal achievement, resilient to rejection, and positive in the face of overcoming challenges. • Practical application of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite. • A very strong, consistent stream of inbound leads. • Impact.
