Exemplify JUICE values on daily basis as a key leader of the organization Accountable for client success by leading the digital marketing team and ensuring direct reports are appropriately supported and put in positions of success Responsible for providing internal direction as to department objectives and processes, and mapping out future strategies that align with the overall business objectives Measure effectiveness of the delivery team by defining and reporting on specific department KPIs and being accountable for department success Continually monitor the client’s overall satisfaction and effectiveness, including recommending and executing key strategic changes for continued long-term health and success of JUICE Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the delivery team to ensure our existing business KPIs (such as up-selling/cross-selling, churn reduction, increased renewal rates) are exceeded and client satisfaction is high Provide leadership & strategic guidance to the sales team to ensure our new client prospects are presented with an advanced digital strategy that aligns with their goals Establish client relationships with high-level decision makers and provide strategic direction for their accounts in order to retain and expand existing business Recommend new systems or tools to improve overall team efficiency across the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience (paid social/search) • Deep foundational knowledge of marketing and digital marketing including funnels, conversion rate optimization, etc. • An understanding of how paid social works together with paid search in a marketing mix • Strong team player who works well with others and prioritizes the development of his or her people • Proven success leading teams • Ability to quickly identify and implement key changes that benefit the overall business • Data-driven decision maker • Ability to coach teams of varying skill sets & levels of seniority • Exceptional communication & presentation skills • Highly experienced in performance management decisions
