📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and engage a Customer Success team • Manage a significant portfolio of clients • Monitor KPIs, build analyses, and turn data into strategic decisions • Develop and refine processes and playbooks • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement • Lead negotiations and support the team in more complex situations • Work closely with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Engineering, or related fields • Availability for a role with a strong field presence • Previous experience leading Customer Success teams • Strong analytical profile • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Experience developing and mentoring people
