📋 Description

• Join a Customer Success team focused on operations • Lead a team ensuring the efficient execution of processes and support activities • Analyze renewal data and implement improvement strategies • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the operations, finance, and Customer Success teams • Validate billing and renewal information • Support managers with administrative tasks related to opportunities and quotes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields • Experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations • Proven experience working with Customer Success teams • Experience in direct team management • Experience managing operational projects and cross-functional initiatives • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics
