• Home Solutions is seeking a freelance writer for an ongoing project. You’ll be tasked with writing 2–3 articles each week within the home improvement industry. Articles must be well-researched, tightly written, and highly informative. • We will only consider applicants who attach proof of previously published work. • Home Solutions is part of the Three Ships family of digital businesses. Three Ships started as a digital agency in 2009, and today encompasses businesses in the Home, Auto, Legal, and Health industries with a collective goal of simplifying the ways people discover, research, and buy. We use this audience to help leading home services brands acquire new customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, Communications, English, or related field preferred) • 2+ years of proven writing experience • Expertise in writing SEO-friendly content for online publications • Knowledgeable in AP style • Exceptional attention to detail • Impeccable research skills, with the ability to synthesize and distill valuable information from reputable sources into layman’s terms • Ability to meet deadlines • Experience with home improvement projects (a bonus, not required) • All applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity, or any other discriminatory factors.
