• Dedicate full bandwidth and expertise to support new customer growth initiatives • Drive visual and backend data solutions to facilitate insightful automation for the growth marketing team • Actively participate as a crucial member of the Acquisition Marketing team during peak seasons, engaging in key internal and external conversations to contribute valuable insights that influence strategic decisions • Identify trends and conduct data mining exercises, focusing on portfolio health, channel KPIs, and discount health analysis, exemplified through tasks like Facebook (FB) Portfolio analysis • Collaborate closely with Product Growth analysts, to identify patterns, share insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations for enhanced decision-making • Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and navigating the attribution data ecosystem, encompassing mobile, platform, models, and internal clickstream • Partner with marketing leadership to enhance confidence in existing investments and proactively identify opportunities for growth and upside potential • Lead the transition from reactive analytics to proactive decision-making, leveraging data insights to strategically inform future decisions rather than reacting to past occurrences • Develop and implement creative reporting structures, establishing a taxonomy and reporting framework to consolidate data from multiple platforms, emphasizing creative elements such as copy, image types, and key KPIs • Oversee media distribution reporting, consolidating data to provide insights into Thrive Market's off-site presence, including daily details on ad distribution frequency

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on Paid Media and Member Growth • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar • Expertise in using attributes to refine targeting strategies and optimize marketing campaigns • Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application in a marketing context • Experience conducting A/B tests and translating findings into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
