📋 Description

• Consulting with clients • Independently designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions based on the TIVITY platform • Creating end-to-end solutions from the initial idea through user stories and mockups to the finished product • Acting as the central interface between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success • Conducting in-depth product and competitor analyses of innovative and market-leading software solutions • Facilitating workshops to find solutions for complex technical/business topics • Capturing the customer's vision and requirements • Creating wireframes to visualize user flows • Planning a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) • Iteratively developing data models, data queries, user interfaces, and workflows using the platform • Validating through user surveys and making corresponding adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science • At least 2 years of experience as an IT consultant, product manager, solution architect, or in a similar role • Ability to analyze and interpret user/product requirements, develop solution approaches, and implement them • Experience coordinating activities and/or projects • Experience in change, release, and test management • Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, as well as solution orientation and analytical thinking • Experience with distributed teams and remote working; a separate home office room and reliable infrastructure required • Strong customer orientation, self-responsibility, planning and organizational skills, and determination • Knowledge of agile working and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) • Business-fluent German and English • Certification as Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is optional
