Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and articulate product requirements, and spearhead the creation of comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD'S) • Lead, build, and ship impactful products whilst driving significant positive outcomes through product implementation • Work closely with research and development teams to gather insights and data for informed decision-making • Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling product messaging and positioning and launch strategy for products • Implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to position the product as an industry leader • Make critical decisions regarding product features, priorities, and strategies • Lead discussions on product direction and vision during team meetings and planning sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role • Demonstrated experience in building and shipping successful products to the market • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously whilst eagerly contributing across the entire product lifecycle • Proven record of successfully launching features that have directly benefited customers • Strong data knowledge and experience in using data to drive product decisions • Demonstrated experience implementing strategies to enhance product growth • Expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration and overseeing stakeholder relationships • Hands-on experience driving product-led growth efforts is highly desirable! • Experience building crypto products • Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment • Hands-on experience in product-led growth
