📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites • Support installation, commissioning, and rollout of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build relationships with customers and site contacts • Travel throughout the South West region, with occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement • Maintain high safety standards • Support TOMRA’s mission to expand recycling infrastructure for the UK Deposit Return Scheme

🎯 Requirements

• Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems • Interest in analysing, testing, and repairing complex equipment • Curious and solution-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail • Customer-focused approach • Clear and confident communication skills • Comfortable using power tools and hand tools independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Ability to follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety standards • Flexibility for approved overtime and weekend working • From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage
