• Developing sourcing strategies (once you learn how to do this) • Identifying potential candidates using different sourcing techniques • Creating outreach messages to engage with potential candidates • Interaction with potential candidates on social media • Managing candidate data using ATS (we use Ashby).
Requirements
• Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes • Detail-oriented with organizational skills • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • English level - Upper Intermediate.
