⢠Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification combined with professional experience ⢠Strong business and financial knowledge (e.g., controlling, finance) ⢠Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented work approach ⢠Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset combined with negotiation skills and closing ability ⢠Excellent organizational and planning skills ⢠Good problem-solving skills and strong presentation capabilities ⢠Experience with IT systems (advanced Excel skills required) ⢠Excellent written and spoken German and English
