📋 Description

• Understand the role and map the market • Construct searches and direct-search priority business roles • Write personalised outreach to passive candidates across LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other channels • Qualify candidate interest, availability, and basic fit • Provide a clear handover to the recruiter • Review response, positive-response, and screen conversion data to improve targeting and messaging • Work with the recruiter from the initial brief through candidate handover • Help establish the sourcing practice • Work directly with recruiters and decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on sourcing experience or exceptional evidence that you can master the craft quickly • Search strategies and Boolean logic you constructed yourself • Outreach you wrote and improved based on the quality of the responses • A pipeline you built from scratch for a difficult role, including what failed and what you changed • Numerical ownership of response, positive-response, screen, and downstream conversion • Strong written English • Disciplined follow-up • Willingness to challenge a weak search premise
