📋 Description

• Lead mid-market SaaS implementations across multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations • Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through successful adoption, ensuring customers achieve measurable value • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and project sponsors across the client portfolio • Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting throughout implementation and beyond • Partner with Product and Engineering to feed client insights into the product roadmap and resolve technical challenges • Drive momentum across implementations, keeping projects on track and proactively resolving blockers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading mid-market SaaS implementations across multiple stakeholder environments • Strong project management skills, including scoping, timeline management, risk management and independently driving outcomes • Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a big plus • Solid technical aptitude across integrations and workflows, with direct collaboration with Engineering and Product teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and managing expectations across varied client contacts • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in fast-moving environments • Prior startup or scale-up experience is a strong plus
