Operations

• Work closely with marketing, partnerships, game teams, and other disciplines to plan, coordinate, and manage time-limited events and campaigns, including: sales, promotions, tournaments / esports events, competitive activations, co-marketing opportunities, and more. Own the process of implementing all live ops activities for a portfolio of games together with the Treasure team.
• Oversee the Treasure Create program and the execution of its strategy, coordinating with gaming creators and game partners as part of GTM campaigns and activations.
• Ideate and brainstorm creative live ops and gaming creator initiatives.
• Contribute to curating and growing a global network of gaming creators of influencers.
• Monitor and regularly analyze key metrics and player feedback to measure ROI and suggest optimizations.

Treasure is building an ecosystem for indie games and is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute the brand, product, and social media marketing strategy for Treasure. They will handle Treasure's social media accounts, communicate with the audience, research audience preferences, and maintain a consistent brand image. They will also work with the Head of Marketing on marketing operations, community development, and events. Required qualifications include 2 years of marketing or social media experience in gaming, clear writing skills, fluency with social media platforms and tools, and analytical skills.

• Ideate, develop, launch, and iterate upon designs for competitive large-scale guild vs. guild style games with web3 mechanics and interoperability at the core
• Conceptualize and develop narratives, characters, world building, and environments for games

• Review partner games applying for grants and assess whether games are likely to be "fun" and successful
