• Manage the Discord presence day-to-day and within other channels to engage existing audiences, drive new players and monitor community sentiment. • Work closely with the franchise and game studio leads to release and promote content following up with feedback initiatives, ensuring the success of game pre-registration, playtests, alpha, and other major game milestones. • Own Smolbound and Darkbright's social media presence across Twitter, Instagram, and other channels (Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and others) to grow our following and ensure high levels of community engagement; • Maintain a consistent and holistic brand image, voice and tone across channels. • Oversee and manage a roster of remote community moderators across multiple timezones to ensure global coverage and the adherence to rules/guidelines that support the growth of an inclusive, accessible, and fun community. • Own and execute community activations and initiatives (Discord AMAs, Twitter Spaces, livestreams, contests, etc.) to drive engagement and growth. • Attract and engage ambassadors and evangelists to drive a truly bottom-up and grassroots community. • Support the organization and hosting of live online events (potentially future in-person activations in various markets around the USA and globally) - eg. conferences, meetups, socials, community calls, etc. • Optimize processes and tooling used to manage and engage the Discord community. • Work closely with leads to secure, organize, and manage ecosystem events to support our product teams and growth of the franchise. • Leverage and contribute to team content calendars to manage/organize community engagement activities. • Find solutions to issues that may arise in the community and create strategies for conflict resolution. • Research, define, and track key metrics and OKRs/ KPIs to monitor the overall health and effectiveness of our community and player base.


• 5+ years experience in game community management. • Interpersonal effectiveness and ability to manage both positive and critical feedback professionally. • Experience building and fostering community via platforms like Discord, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. • Desire to unleash all your creativity, positivity and unique perspective on the daily. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict. • Ability to work autonomously, set agenda and prioritize work with minimal input. • Ability to collaborate and communicate across a global team. • You are comfortable working remotely with a global team and a global community, across global timezones, in English and potentially in multiple other languages. • Nice to Have • Knowledge and excitement about the potential for web3, blockchain technology, and NFTs to transform gaming. • Located in North America in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or close timezones (CST or PST). • Event planning experience. • Prior knowledge of Treasure and its gaming ecosystem. • Experience working with a distributed and global team.
