Description

• As the Senior Visual Designer, you’ll take on complex challenges and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs suited as much for the first-time user as the sophisticated expert. You’ll work closely with UX designers, Content Designers as well as Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process - from creating early UI concepts to prototypes. At each stage, you’ll anticipate users’ needs and goals, advocate for them and, through close collaboration with the implementation team, ensure that the final product is delightful to use. • Travel Arc’s goals are simple. To make our network of over 1400 travel entities more profitable, efficient and help them create truly unique travel for their clients.

Requirements

• Online portfolio • 5+ years in Visual design • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and shape psychology • Strong knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Aftereffects or equivalents • Ability to lead projects from conception through to completion • Ability to work well with others across the business • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations • Curiosity, continuous learning and an open-minded attitude.
