Description

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and working closely with our Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will lead on the businesses internal and external reporting, be a business partner to the key internal stakeholders and lead on the companies forecasting and budgeting process. This is an important new role in the business to support our rapid growth and will provide an excellent opportunity for the right person to shape the role, make it their own and have a real impact in the future of TrustedHousesitters.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification and a strong academic background • Business acumen minded with a growth mindset • A willingness to work independently • Thorough analytical and excel modelling skills • Experience in monthly management accounting and reporting • Strong communication skills • Strong initiative with an ability and willingness to problem solve • Experience of budgeting and forecasting Nice to have/something you're working towards! • Experience of using Xero • Knowledge and experience of international VAT, corporation tax and R&D credits • Experience of business partnering and ability to partner stakeholders across the business • Experience of working in a private equity backed business
