Description
• Develop new statistical models to mitigate fraud and funds availability risk • Conduct analysis to measure model performance, compare performance across multiple models, and influence model strategy and selection decisions • Deploy risk models in the Trustly production system • Analyze raw source data and develop risk model features as necessary in partnership with engineering • Support development and maintenance of risk modeling infrastructure • Develop data-driven and intuition-driven fraud prevention rules • Perform ad-hoc analysis on specific risk issues and potential mitigations • Develop risk-specific reporting to monitor merchants and rule performance
Requirements
• Strong experience with Data Science • Risk experience in financial services or similar industry • Strong experience developing statistical/machine learning models and tests • University degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, or another comparable field of study • Advanced skills in Python • Understanding of feature engineering and model development process • Strong to advanced SQL skills • Must have solid English skills to be able to communicate with English-speaking business stakeholders
