Description

• Build and maintain excellent client relationships • Manage small business accounting automation tools • Oversee routine processes and improvements • Handle complex and non-routine processes • Make payments to vendors • Implement new clients and processes • Train and coordinate bookkeepers, consultants, and financial professionals • Prepare financial reports • Set up and run payroll

Requirements

• Innate desire to serve business owners • Obsession with meeting deadlines • Minimum 2 years experience in small business accounting • Wizard with computers, spreadsheets, and accounting software • Coaching and mentoring experience • Ability to self-teach and develop proficiency with technology • Comfortable delegating and overseeing routine work • Experience with SAAS or Real Estate accounting (bonus) • Experience with business income tax returns (bonus)
