Description
• Partner with principal engineers and architects from other teams for large-scale projects• Build and maintain services for the next phase of Twilio Engage• Collaborate on detailed design documents and action plans for features• Support strategic technical initiatives impacting the engineering organization• Rapidly acquire new technical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment• Manage work through Github, Jira, and build/deploy systems• Participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical infrastructure
Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years in full-stack development with modern programming languages, particularly Node.js• Proficient in crafting APIs and skilled in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, React• Experience in leading development teams, managing large-scale projects, and strong communication skills• Ability to architect scalable, performant web applications and lead technical discussions• Proficiency in implementing robust testing strategies, influencing and building relationships across the organization• Passionate about enabling other developers through leadership and driving teams to efficient decisions
