Description

• Two Chairs is seeking a highly qualified Partner Operations Associate to join our Business Development team. Reporting to the Director of Partner Operations, this role will focus on leading and supporting initiatives that directly drive growth and satisfaction with our health plan partners • A large part of this role will require leading complex cross-functional projects and directly representing Two Chairs to our external partners • This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build on their existing toolkit with hands-on experience within a fast-growing startup • This role will be based in San Francisco to allow for in-office team collaboration on an as-needed basis, no more than twice a week • You'll be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of initiatives that drive growth. The nature of this role is that it is “project-based,” meaning you’ll work on different projects each quarter depending on various factors such as the sales pipeline and high-priority opportunities identified for us as an organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or operational role, preferably as a management consultant or at a high-growth startup • Excellent organizational skills and a passion for organizing people and complex processes • A love for using data and analytics to back up your recommendations and are familiar with using tools like Excel / Google Sheets, Google Slides / Powerpoint, Asana, Confluence, Looker • Strong communication skills and are able to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, company executives, and external partners • A team-player mindset and are comfortable with ambiguity; willing to flex your roles and responsibilities in order to achieve our shared objectives • Experience working in healthcare and with health plans, or willing to become a deep expert and learn quickly about the industry
