📋 Description
• Support the commercial and financial management of infrastructure projects • Prepare cost reporting and project financials • Administer subcontracts • Manage variations and payment claims • Perform forecasting • Contribute to future recruitment opportunities through an expression-of-interest candidate pool
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial roles • Australian infrastructure experience, ideally across water, wastewater, utilities, electrical or civil projects • Proven COINS ERP experience – required • Experience with CVRs, cost reporting, subcontract administration, variations and payment claims • Strong Excel and commercial reporting skills • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
