• Play a critical, hands-on role in leading and executing client implementations within the ERP team. • Responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation, system configuration, client training, and ongoing support. • Own project tracking, deliverables, and deadlines while ensuring projects are executed successfully. • Contribute to solution design, process optimization, and revenue growth through client relationship management. • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and system validation to ensure accurate setup and functionality. • Lead client training sessions and provide documentation for system use. • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables. • Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring strong communication throughout implementation. • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Finance, to support smooth service operations.
• 3+ experience in ERP implementations, with direct configuration and delivery responsibility or related professional services. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or in lieu of degree 5+ years of relevant experience. • Strong expertise in ERP systems and compliance processes. • 3+ years of Intacct experience • 3+ years working in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment. • Experience in managing teams, developing training programs, and optimizing workforce productivity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
