📋 Description

• Provide expert support to clients on location data using proprietary tools • Perform data manipulation tasks and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices • Provide customer-facing services that increase customer satisfaction and retention • Deliver audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide seamless client support

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field • Detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy and client success • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed processes • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines • Proficiency in data manipulation and audit processes is a plus • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus • Proficient in AI utilisation is a major plus
