📋 Description

• Support the team in managing and organizing incoming tasks • Prepare and organize briefings • Monitor deadlines and project progress • Assist in organizing schedules and controls • Help prepare presentations and reports • Oversee executions of campaigns and activations • Organize materials, information and documents • Assist in monitoring results • Manage accounts and act as the client's point of contact • Receive, structure and validate briefings • Manage projects and timelines • Coordinate the workflow between internal departments and vendors • Lead client meetings and alignments • Oversee executions of campaigns, activations and events • Prepare and present proposals, presentations and reports • Monitor results and recommend improvements • Support financial management of projects • Identify growth opportunities within the account • Mentor and guide junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields • Previous experience in client services, preferably at live marketing and/or trade marketing agencies • Familiarity with task and project management tools (Planner, Trello, Monday, Asana, JIRA or similar) • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Advantages: • Knowledge of the live marketing and trade marketing sector • Familiarity with industry trends • Advanced Excel skills
