• Experience in B2B SaaS companies. • Experience with SME and Mid-Market clients. • Proven track record of revenue expansion within a portfolio. • Experience structuring expansion and retention processes. • Pipeline management using a CRM. • Experience conducting commercial negotiations. • Knowledge of account expansion playbooks. • Hands-on experience with: • Account Planning • Health Score • Account Expansion • Customer Retention • Portfolio Management • Sales Forecasting • CRM • SPICED (highly desirable) • AI applied to data analysis and sales productivity
