📋 Description

• Complete assigned recruitment requisitions • Monitor and improve the organization's recruitment process • Evaluate recruitment channels and sources and assess their performance for particular job positions • Recruit and interview candidates via phone, MS Teams, and other online meeting platforms • Support workplace diversity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year BPO or Talent Acquisition experience • Recruiting and interviewing skills via phone, MS Teams, and other online meeting platforms • Knowledge of MS Office systems • Supports workplace diversity • Full knowledge of current recruitment practice trends • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills • Willingness to work graveyard shifts • Willingness to work from home • Windows 11 OS or newer installed • Processor of at least 2.0 GHz; Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or any dual-core or better processor • Minimum 8 GB RAM • At least 80 GB hard drive space, with at least 20 GB free space • At least one available USB port • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone and headphones • Cable or fiber internet connection only; DSL, satellite, and wireless connections are not permitted • Minimum 10 Mbps download speed • Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed • Internet connection hardwired directly to the PC or laptop; Wi-Fi/wireless is not allowed
