📋 Description

• Lead implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, Human Resources, and Copilot for Finance projects across analysis, design, build, testing, training, cutover, operations, and support • Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements • Capture requirements in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, User Stories, and Azure DevOps • Lead Conference Room Pilots demonstrating D365 solutions to clients • Create design documents for complex customizations and report modifications • Lead data mapping and data imports into D365 using data entities • Perform field mapping between D365 and integrating systems • Lead configuration of dual-write between D365, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps • Review team members’ design documents, reports, data mapping, and integration mapping • Ensure design documents include boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios • Oversee D365 and Copilot configuration • Lead functional, integration, and automated testing using the Regression Suite Automation Tool • Lead D365 and associated systems training for clients and Unify Dots team members • Lead pre-go-live cutover and post-go-live client support, managing issues and escalating to Microsoft when needed • Provide pre-sales support for D365 deals by leveraging AI, writing business scenarios, configuring systems, and presenting demonstrations • Lead organizational use of AI and Copilot, including training sessions and agent creation for ERP implementations • Prepare estimations, scopes of work, and assumptions for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations, and data migration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 8+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics AX2012R3 • Knowledge of D365 Finance - GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Mgmt and PMA is required • Conversational skills in English language • CA or CPA certification would be an added advantage • Maintain the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certification • May require travel to the client site
