Description
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis • Transform analyses into deep insights and communicate findings to key stakeholders and leaders • Support strategic decision-making • Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close reporting and analysis • Maintain and update the company's financial model • Work cross-functionally across the company to create accurate forecasts, optimize spend, and review historical data • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making • Identify and understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the blockchain and crypto space
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry • Strong understanding/interest in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem • Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • "Roll up the sleeves" mentality and willingness to take on any task, big or small, to contribute to the company's success
