Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting processes • Develop and maintain robust financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers based on past and current business performance. • Assist the S&M finance team with long range planning, annual budgeting, monthly close and forecasting processes including headcount and discretionary spend • Assist in the preparation of regular financial reporting accompanied by insights to business partners that communicate trends and financial performance of their teams • Establish budget controls, maintain and improve forecasting accuracy and processes, while building close partnerships with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Prior business unit finance support experience preferred, specifically S&M functions with a focus on Marketing. • Ability to work independently, think strategically and able to manage competing priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Gsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and familiarity with BI tools • Experience with Financial and ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday or Adaptive Planning preferred • Accuracy with numbers and a standard for excellence • We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
