Description

• Provide Recruiting Program Management services to a dedicated outsourced solutions team. • Lead day-to-day operational functions of a growing team, including leads and recruiters. • Understand recruiting best practices and track key team metrics. • Identify new resources and talent pools to find difficult skill sets. • Work cross functionally with internal teams to meet client needs. • Accountable for fill rate and quality metrics. • Utilize and manage applicant tracking and productivity systems responsibly. • Ensure an outstanding experience for clients, candidates, and business partners.

Benefits

• Total Annual Compensation: $76,750 - $103,750 USD • Eligibility for annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan • Eligibility to participate in long term equity incentive program
