Description

• Serve as primary liaison between Trial Library and pharmaceutical study sponsors • Act as main point of contact and manage relationships with study teams • Deliver timely reports and insights to sponsor study teams • Bridge communication gaps between Trial Library operations, provider customer success, and pharmaceutical sponsor reporting • Oversee clinical trial related materials and sponsor presentations • Communicate sponsor feedback to internal stakeholders • Develop standardized pharma reporting procedures • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trial Library product offering

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills, oral and written • Detail and process-oriented • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in oncology clinical research • Experience with oncology clinical trials, pharmaceutical sponsor reporting needs, and trial enrollment activities • Bias towards action and proactive intervention • Strong communicator and influencer • Data-driven approach • Agile and adaptable • Autonomy in engagement of sponsors
