Description

• Create and coordinate visual presentations and interactive media assets, designing art and copy layouts for various external audiences \n• Collaborate with various teams including policy and market development, customer success, and product to gather information and materials for design \n• Illustrate established design concepts by designing rough layouts, considering arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts \n• Support website management by ensuring content, visuals, and layout are continuously updated \n• Support copy and content creation by drafting content for website, presentations, social media, and internal and external newsletters \n• Manage coordination of photography, artwork, and video \n• Research and analyze the targeted audience, suggesting effective communication channels \n• Ensure assets and materials are consistent with the company brand \n• Support copy and content creation by drafting content for website, presentations, social media, and internal and external newsletters \n• Meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid working knowledge of communication strategies and design principles \n• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a combination of educational and professional experience commensurate with this level of experience \n• Technical expertise in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software capabilities like Google Slides \n• Visual thinker and storyteller with an ability to convey technical concepts visually \n• Persuasive communication skills to convey messages effectively \n• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment \n• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and creativity \n• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
