Description

• Organize the corporate financial planning activities • Analyze company's liabilities and investments and perform risk management based on the analysis results • Manage company's fundraising plans and capital structure • Make decisions on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks • Organize company’s finance IT system • Oversee cash flows for the company’s operations • Manage all finance personnel and assign tasks to them • Build and maintain vendor relationships • Create reliable reports and forecasts • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and legal regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience of working on a CFO, Finance Officer (http://www.link...) or other relevant position • Solid experience of strategy building, personnel management and financial risk management • Good practical experience with MS Office and financial management software (such as SAP) • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods • Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and social skills • Good analytical and numerical skills • BSc or BA degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc or MBA will be a bonus, as well as CPA certification
