Description

• As a Level 1 (L1) Veeam Systems Engineer, responsible for supporting the organization's Veeam backup and replication solutions • Monitor system performance, backup schedules, incidents, and troubleshooting • Provide support and training to Tenant end-users on Veeam systems

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • At least 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT support, preferably with a focus on Veeam solutions • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks

Benefits

• Certifications in Veeam solutions or similar technologies are highly desirable • Familiarity with Veeam backup and replication solutions, as well as related technologies such as virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems • Good problem-solving and communication skills
