Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience • Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong track record of team management and mentorship • Expertise in Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to balance technical and managerial responsibilities effectively • Innovative mindset, capable of driving technical solutions and inspiring creativity • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change • A track record of 5+ years of related development experience
