📋 Description

• Oversee the complete cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up • Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed departmental goals • Handle complex billing issues and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve disputes and minimize denials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role • Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up • Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift • Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
