Description
• Sell Engineering Design Services • Develop long-term relationships with new clients • Develop listings, contacts, and cold calling • Meet with potential and existing clients • Develop solutions through a consulting sales process • Formulate and develop value propositions • Negotiate and close business deals • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, peers, and management • Support trade shows and marketing activities • Analyze marketing and technology trends • Maintain the pipeline by use of CRM tool
Requirements
• 3 plus years experience in business development and sales roles supporting engineering design services • Solution selling experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Solid understanding of engineering disciplines • Ability to read and interpret client requirements • Proven track record in sales contracts • Superb persuasion and communication skills • Outstanding writing and presentation skills • Working with offshore delivery teams experience preferred
