Description
• Develop and implement global sales compensation strategies aligned with business goals • Design and refine sales compensation plans • Drive analytics projects and review sales performance metrics • Communicate sales compensation plans effectively to the sales force • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of compensation plans • Lead a team of commissions analysts • Continuously optimize compensation structures to motivate sales teams and drive revenue growth
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field • 7+ years of experience in sales compensation design • Strong analytical skills • Deep understanding of sales processes, incentive structures, and market dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in compensation software and CRM tools • Knowledge of global employment laws and regulations related to compensation
