Description

• Contribute to CI/CD & infrastructure automation efforts • Lead a team of 2-10 engineers • Provide DevOps lifecycle tools for developers • Automate release management pipeline • Work with AWS, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes • Improve CI/CD & infrastructure reliability, observability, performance & scalability • Contribute to important architectural and operational decisions • Develop products in the cloud-native ecosystem • Architect and develop tools for cloud-native technology adoption • Lead incident response and postmortems • Mentor and train team members • Review team members' work

Requirements

• 7-12 years’ experience in DevOps or software engineering • Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team • Hands-on scripting and software development fluency • Understanding of build & release processes (CI & CD) • Experience with modern DevOps tooling • Proficiency with Kubernetes concepts • Infrastructure automation experience • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases • Understanding of micro-services architecture • Cloud-based networking experience • Willingness to learn new technologies • Excellent communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Bonus: AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes certifications • Bonus: Experience with SRE & security practices • Bonus: Expertise in managing production Kubernetes environments • Bonus: Experience contributing to open source projects or building tools/utilities
