📋 Description

• Advise and support managers and employees on employment law and HR-related matters • Handle operational day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, personnel administration, vacation, sick leave, and parental leave • Review legal requirements and implement any necessary follow-up measures • Support payroll administration • Maintain employee master data • Prepare, issue, and review employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references, policies, and comparable documents • Ensure compliance with employment law requirements across all HR processes • Continuously develop internal standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business law, ideally with a focus on employment law, first state examination in law, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified HR specialist with a focus on employment law), along with initial relevant professional experience in an HR or employment law environment • Alternatively, at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, or in a law firm specializing in employment law • Good knowledge of employment and social security law, with confidence in applying this knowledge in practice • Enjoy working on operational day-to-day HR tasks • Excellent communication skills in German • Good command of English is an advantage • Proficient in MS Office • Experience working with Personio is an advantage
