📋 Description

• Lead and further evolve Esko’s Digital Flexo technology business • Hold full P&L leadership of a profitable and growing global business • Report to Esko’s President and serve as a key member of Esko’s Senior Leadership Team • Contribute to planning, M&A, business transformation, and other strategic initiatives • Establish clear strategic priorities, deepen key customer relationships, energise the team, and advance business-model transition and sustainable growth • Deliver the connected ecosystem roadmap and position Digital Flexo as a platform for broader Esko ambitions • Guide development of an integrated ecosystem of hardware, software, and cloud-based services leveraging IoT and AI • Drive user-centric serviceability, go-to-market transformation, process automation, and operational transformation • Lead a distinct, end-to-end global unit spanning R&D, Product Management, Operations, Commercial, Field Services, and Customer Success • Collaborate across shared Esko teams including marketing, IT, customer experience, HR, finance, and legal

🎯 Requirements

• Proven general management of multinational B2B technology or complex product businesses, including full P&L accountability and a consistent track record of delivery • Demonstrated ability to drive results, product innovation, customer success, and people development in high-performance environments • Inspirational, charismatic leadership with strong followership and ability to engage and align large, geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams • Strategic vision combined with analytical rigour, data orientation, operational discipline, and willingness to execute tactically • Effective internal collaboration and contribution to executive leadership teams within a matrixed organisation • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in fast-moving, transformation-oriented environments • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time globally, with particular focus on operations in Germany and Belgium • Fluent English is mandatory • German language capability is advantageous but not essential • Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or substantial relevant experience at a comparable level • MBA preferred
