Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure the availability, integrity, and security of data. • Develop and implement best practices for data management, data quality, and data governance. • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance data engineering capabilities. • Oversee the development of ETL processes and data integration solutions. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. • Proven experience (10+ years) in a data engineering role preferably in the healthcare space, with a focus on leading teams. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages. • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data pipelines. • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau
