Description
• Hold a high bar for technical work and teamwork. Build rapport with each member of the team and support them as they level up their skills • Occasionally review and write code to unblock the team • Participate in and manage the team's on-call rotation • Work closely with the tech lead to set roadmaps
Requirements
• You have at least 3+ years of experience managing technical teams in rapidly growing companies • You are excited by building and nurturing engineering teams People tell you that you communicate well and you are comfortable with uncertainty • You have built and operated distributed systems at scale • You are located in the UK or Germany
