Description

• This role supports Verisys by playing a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with Verisys clients and partners, while serving as a player-coach for other Account Managers within a specified market. • Represent the company and interact with key clients and partners, as well as supporting other market account managers in their professional growth. • Manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, manage contract renewals, and work closely with internal teams, partners, and channels. • Become an expert on client use cases, compliance requirements, and industry trends. • Assist in the Sales and Implementation processes and ensure exceptional client experience at all points of the customer relationship.

Requirements

• 5 years account management, Medicaid administration, or healthcare screening & credentialing experience • Experience managing clients, business partners and/or vendors at both business owner and leadership levels • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting contracting processes (renewals, addendums, amendments) • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field • Type Speed 30 WPM • Preferred qualifications include health care industry or technical account management background, experience within healthcare background screening or credentialing sector, exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
