📋 Description

• Lead the execution of squads responsible for the evolution of critical digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment between technology, product and business strategy. • Drive operational and executive governance of initiatives, ensuring predictability, risk management and continuous improvement of deliveries. • Serve as the primary link between clients, stakeholders and technical teams, fostering alignment across technology, product, operations and executive leadership. • Support the construction and evolution of initiative roadmaps, balancing delivered value, technical feasibility and operational stability. • Coordinate initiatives using an evolutionary scope model, maintaining delivery velocity without losing architectural and operational control. • Lead initiative execution, ensuring sustainable solution evolution and progressive reduction of architectural risks and dependencies. • Orchestrate squad governance, running executive and operational rituals (status reports, technical checkpoints, executive PDCA and roadmap follow-up). • Translate strategic directions into structured execution plans, connecting incremental deliveries to goals for efficiency, scalability and risk mitigation. • Support backlog prioritization with business and product stakeholders, balancing delivered value, operational impact and technical feasibility. • Monitor squad flow and evolution metrics (throughput, cycle time, capacity, bottlenecks and predictability), promoting continuous improvement. • Proactively manage risks, impediments and dependencies, anticipating technical and operational impacts. • Ensure clear executive communication, converting technical status into an objective view for decision-making. • Facilitate integration across multidisciplinary teams, promoting clarity of roles, responsibilities and decision boundaries. • Plan and adjust squad capacity according to project maturity and roadmap evolution. • Ensure traceability of decisions, architectural drivers and critical learnings from the initiative.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Program Manager or in similar roles within technology projects. • Experience managing multidisciplinary squads in agile, high-complexity environments. • Experience in digital transformation projects, legacy system modernization or building critical platforms. • Ability to drive executive and operational governance with multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of agile metrics and flow management (throughput, cycle time, capacity, predictability). • Experience with projects involving distributed architecture, APIs, messaging/event-driven systems and system integration. • Strong executive communication skills and experience managing conflicts/priorities in critical environments. • Experience with incremental planning, roadmap management and evolutionary scope. • Differentials: Experience in logistics, scheduling, critical operations or high-scale transactional platforms. • Knowledge of cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience with event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka or similar). • Experience in initiatives for architectural decoupling and reduction of legacy dependencies. • Experience managing integrated efforts across Product, Technology and Operations. • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices (e.g., Codex, Claude AI). • Agile or management certifications (Scrum, SAFe, PMP, Kanban, Lean).
